• At the moment, international shipping is not available.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

• Standard Delivery: 4–7 business days (depending on your location).

• Express Delivery: 2–4 business days (available in select cities).

Note: Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control such as weather, courier delays, or local disruptions.

4. Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

• A flat charge of ₹49 applies to orders below ₹999.

• Additional charges may apply for express delivery, if selected.

5. Order Tracking

• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS notification with tracking details.

• You can track your shipment in real-time using the provided tracking link.

6. Delivery Partners

We work with trusted logistics providers such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and India Post to ensure reliable and timely delivery.

7. Delivery Attempts

• Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times.

• If the package remains undelivered after the third attempt, it will be returned to us.

• Re-shipping charges may apply for resending the package.

8. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your delivery address and contact information are correct and complete at the time of placing your order.

• Baba Ji Life is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect details.

9. Damaged or Lost Packages

• If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with clear pictures of the product and packaging.

• In case of a lost shipment, we will coordinate with the courier partner and either resend the product or initiate a refund.
