• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

• Please note: spiritual items that are blessed, energized, or personalized (like malas, yantras, puja items, or digital content) cannot be returned, as they hold spiritual energy once dispatched.

2. Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status.

• Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

• If a product arrives damaged or defective, we will happily replace it with a new one.

• To request an exchange, please email us within 48 hours of receiving your order at info@babajilife.com.

4. Order Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, if not yet shipped.

• Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
